This vtec conversion kit is designed for easy installation on  a P06 and P05 OBD1 11F0 boards. The kit includes instructions, with features such as vtec activation BUT does require a base program. The vintage part is manufactured by Mstar with an OE/OEM part number from Japan, and comes with a 1 month  warranty
