Absolutely adorable doggie planter by Napcoware.  Item is #7087.  Measures 6 3/4" tall.  No chips or cracks.  Doesn't look like it was really even used.  Does have writing on the base.  Probably could be gently removed with a magic eraser.  Please see photos.  Thanks for looking!
