I believe these are MARX figures based on the other ads I've seen. I had these as a child circa 1970. The set includes all presidents from Washington to Johnson EXCEPT (#9, 32 and 33). The president # and years are on the back of the base of each president, except for Nixon. The figures are painted plastic and are about 2.75 inches high. They are loose with no original packaging. All of your FAVS are there, Washington, Lincoln, Kennedy. There are no broken pieces, chips, or cracks.
