Description: Striking and highly detailed fine unusual original colored lithographic map showing the airlines between Southern Brazil and Uruguay. The map notes cities, towns, rivers, lakes and islands. Includes the inset palns of the cities of Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Pôrto Alegre, Montevideu & Buenos Aires.On the verso the sheet includes a map of north-estaern Brazil with inset plans of the cities of Rècifé. Salbador, Rio de Janeiro & Brasilia. Two ornate title catouches, two compass roses & a simple topographic key cartouche adorn the map.

Condition: Very strong and dark impression on good paper.  Map old original colored. Quite margins. Small foxing and browning. Small hole alon the folding affecting the map. Map folded. Conditions are as you can see in the images.
