Please assume all doors are sold bare unless otherwise stated. In most cases we will actually send the door complete but this is not always the case as a customer may purchase another item or we may need to take component parts out to make sure we can post it as each door has to be under 30kg to be posted. If you need any parts other than the bare door casing please contact us and we can tell you what will be included and what won't, to avoid disappointment.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next day (based on Monday-Friday as working days). Most items are sent with 48 hour couriers. However, if you need an order urgently please contact us first to make sure we can meet your delivery time. Please do not rely eBays delivery estimator as it can often be wrong and please note that for large items such as doors our couriers do not deliver on weekends.
