Delivery Information

Please note the following points:
- EU Customs/Charges: From 01/01/2021 new tax changes apply to EU orders. Ebay are registered for the IOSS tax service, whereby customs duties and fees are included in the purchase price, for EU orders below £135/150 Euros. The tax is collected and paid directly to the tax system in your country, on your behalf. If your order is over value of £135/ 150 Euros, customs duties become payable on top of the order value. The delivery company/courier usually pay the tax directly to HMRC on your behalf, but you will have to repay the delivery company for the duty paid.
- UK Free Tracked Postage is Royal Mail 2nd class (Tracked 48) postage (2-5 working days UK). Delivery of your order can be expected within 2-5 working days from the date of shipping. Please check the Ebay listing for the expected shipping date, this can vary from 1 day to 7 days depending on the item.
- UK Tracked 1st class post can be expected within 1-3 working days from the date of shipping.
- The cut off time for Next day delivery orders is 2pm (UK Time).
- Orders placed on a Friday after 2pm will not ship until Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
- Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday Next Day delivery. Delivery to countries within the EU can be expected within 2-3 weeks, however please allow 21 days for your order to arrive.
- Delivery to countries outside the EU can be expected within 2-3 weeks, however, we require a period of 28 days for orders to arrive.
- Ebay provide estimated delivery dates only this is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- If you require a tracking reference for your Overseas order please select International Tracked Postage at checkout.
- On the rare occasion that your item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the order in the original packaging with labels intact within 30 days for a refund. Please ensure that the item is not damaged with any make up, fragrance or deodorant, and that the garment is pet hair free.
Important Notice for UK Customers
We offer Free delivery within the UK (rather than charge delivery and offer free returns) as more customers benefit from free delivery than free returns.Therefore returns are payable by the customer. The postage paid label on the invoice enclosed is not a free returns label, this is the postage paid by Belle Lingerie to deliver your parcel. Parcels that are returned without the correct postage paid may be returned to sender by the Royal Mail.
Important Notice Regarding Customer Returns Outside the EU
If you are returning an order from outside the EU please state that the parcel is a return and quote the following CPC code on your return. CPC Code 6123F01. The CPC code is used to assist customs with the processing of the return parcel. Please note that parcels that are returned without the correct information may be returned by customs.
