Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $4.25. It may cost a few cents more and I'm okay with that if it does. If it costs a few cents less than $4.25 and that will constitute a hardship, perhaps it is best you do not purchase it.

If the buyer's address is outside of the U.S., the customs and shipping will be handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program where I send the item to an eBay center and they ship it to the international buyer from there. I have no control over that service, what they might charge,or the Customs paperwork. I have heard it can be expensive.
