Vintage, mid century modern Motorola Model 56W, AM radio that is in good working condition.  Radio is able to receive stations on the AM band quite readily with minimal background noise.  The radio has been partially restored with bad capacitors replaced.  The chassis is very clean with no evidence of rust or corrosion.  The power cord is in excellent condition and is a new replacement.  The finish on the radio is all original and has simply been cleaned and polished with a professional wood wax and showing considerable wear.  The One knob that is present turns smoothly and properly but the dial indicator does not move, but the interior mechanism does move, so stations can be tuned in.  The grill cloth has no rips or holes, but is stained in the left side.  The fake brass overlay on the dial bezel is heavily worn.  In order to ensure safe delivery, the radio will be double boxed.  Do not hesitate to make an offer, all will be considered.
