This is an exceptional quality original early 20th-century Edwardian period Linen upholstered armchair.

The outstanding piece is possibly an example by Howard & sons.

Having a fabulous and very clean chequered square linen magnolia-coloured upholstery, the piece has wonderful dipped arm rails and typical Howard & Sons square tapering legs with original solid cast metal casters.

The piece is extremely strong and sturdy. It is free from any loose joints and the chair is an ultra comfortable place to rest in.
