A VERY GOOD EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY STERLING SILVER VESTA CASE.


It measures 4cm x 4cm.


Weight is 22 grams.


Of square cushion form with hinged lid and striker plate to base. Engraved with swirled foliate decoration to half of both faces.  Vacant diagonal cartouches to each face - no personal engraving.


Hallmarked for Birmingham, 1922.   Maker's mark of Joseph Gloster.


In very good and clean condition. The silver is undamaged.  The hinge is good and the lid closes precisely.
