Listed as Pre-owned to be accurate, but this item would pass for new. I do not have any of the original packaging.

SHIPPING

I ship next business day after payment is received.

I only ship using USPS. Service level is noted in the listing. If Priority service is available at no additional cost I will upgrade to Priority.

CHARITY

10% of all kids clothing sells go to charity. The specific charity is located in the listing.

PACKING

I ship using poly mailers, padded envelopes, and cardboard boxes. I use air pillows, bubble wrap, peanuts, and styrofoam to securely pack items. I use recycled packing supplies whenever possible.

RETURNS

Each listing will be clearly marked if returns are accepted.

In the rare case that I have a returned item, I cannot refund shipping cost. Shipping is collected and paid to USPS. Once an item has shipped, the amount charged for shipping is no longer in my possession.

Some items (mostly electronics) may be marked with a small tamper evident seal. If the seal is removed or damaged, the item will no longer be returnable.

CONDITION

Commonly used terms in my listing.

New Original Packaging - New, unopened, in original packaging

New Open Box (NOB) - New condition, No signs of use, not in original packaging, or packaging has been opened.

New Old Stock (NOS) - A new item that has been sitting in storage. May or may not be in original packaging. Packaging and/or item may show signs of age.

Gently Used - Extremely Nice item that may show show some light signs of use.
