I purchased this computer brand new in 2010. The computer is fully functional and has no issues (except a message indicating battery replacement recommended) and has never had any issues. Has never been serviced and has never been opened. Factory reset and reinstalled Windows 7 and completely updated without any issues. The battery holds a charge and lasts about 90 mins under usage.
