A VERY GOOD WILLIAM IV STERLING SILVER TEAPOT STAND WITH MAHOGANY BASE.

The oval Stand measures 16cm x 12.5cm.

Weight is 299 grams.

The oval stand has a raised rim with embossed decoration.  The tray has engraved swirled foliate decoration around a central  avian Crest. Inset brown mahogany base.

Hallmarked for London, 1833.   Maker's mark, only partially struck, of Joseph Angell Senior & Junior.

In very good and clean condition,  The only fault is a slight unevenness to part of the rim.
