This lot consists of 10 authentic WWII letters written in 1943 from New Guinea. The letters provide a glimpse into the daily lives of soldiers stationed in the Pacific theater during the war. Topics covered include weather, food, and entertainment, as well as updates on morale etc. The letters are a valuable piece of history and would make a great addition to any militaria collection.
