I am not sure just what this Unbranded Vintage Cast Iron Pulley was made for. I cannot find another just like it on ebay or on the internet. Check out the top latch mechanism! The way it opens up and closes easily is something I cannot find another example of. So, it seems to be an oddball or perhaps even rare. If anyone has info on this, please let me know.
