One pair of California Cycleworks Exactfit TBST4 Timing belts to suit Ducati ST4, ST4S, Monster S4, S4R and 2001 – 2002 748 with the low exhaust cam head

These belts suit the 2004 - 2006 Desmoquattro 996cc engined Monster S4R.  They do not suit the 2006 - 2009 Testastretta 998cc engined Monster S4R, S4RT and S4RS.
