What we have here is a collectible vintage 1981 IBM World Trade Asia Corporation (Southeast Asia Region): Certificate of Participation - System Development Skills Course / SEAR Information System from Hong Kong. Issued to employees who attended the course between September 2 - 11, 1981. The "golden" certificate is placed in an official IBM Hong Kong faux leather hardcover wallet along with a class photograph of the employees who attended the course more than 40 years ago. A little piece of IBM history in Southeast Asia from the 1980s. For collectors of vintage IBM memorabilia.
