Overview

The RK267 series voltage withstand test instruments are designed for general HV test operations. They can be widely used for voltage withstand tests in electrician’s assistant instruments, rubber-wooden facilities, voltage converters, wires, power meters, motors, power supply plugs, cables, and all kinds of electronic and electric products. With the introduction of national security standards, the voltage withstand instrument has become a necessary tool for testing radio and electronic products.

Pre-Use Caution

Before operating the RK267 series voltage withstand test instrument, carefully read the following items:

1. Use a three-hole power supply plug and ensure proper GND connection.
2. Ensure GND port and power supply GND port are well connected.
3. Wear insulation gloves and stand on an insulation mat.
4. Turn the “V-ADJ” rotary switch anti-clockwise to the maximum before turning on the test instrument.
5. Reset the instrument before presetting all functions.
6. Do not connect the test port and test wire during testing.
7. Avoid connecting HV output port with shield box or GND wire to prevent instrument damage.
8. Turn off power in case of accidents.
9. Examine and repair in case the Indicator or annunciator is not functioning.
10. Operate carefully during remote testing to avoid hazards.
11. Place the instrument on a worktable of conductive materials.
12. The operator should not wear clothes with metal decorations or metal accessories.
13. Do not touch the test line, test probes, output end, and test objects in high-pressure test conditions.

Returns & Exchanges
