Instructions:
1. After filling the ice pack with a suitable amount of water (not exceeding the black line), shake it 6-8 times until the liquid in the ice pack solidifies (it can be filled with water once and can be frozen repeatedly)
2. Put the ice pack into the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for 5-6 hours and take it out (needs a colder effect and can extend the freezing time)
3. Put the ice packs into the bags inside the cooling suit in sequence
4. When wearing, adjust the length of the strap to a longer length. After inserting it from the head, adjust the strap to the appropriate length. When taking off, also adjust the length of the strap to take off from the head.
