We will supply a brand-new sealed action figure from an outer supplier's box. In common with most sellers, we do not offer a Mint On Card/Mint Condition guarantee as these days even boxed brand new items may have some form of box wear, for example, a minor card edge tick, crease, or light bend. This does not mean that we send out or offload damaged items to customers. However, to offer fair value we cannot absorb returns for minor or perceived faults in the appearance of a card or the figure. Of course, if an item is faulty we will accept returns in the circumstances such as that.
