Esquire Tele T Style Schaller 80s Split HB 3X3 Locking Tuners Nitro Ash Maple

First of all here are the specifications of the build and its components.

The Body is a one piece slab of ash for the rear which is capped by a two piece maple top, this is then finished in a dark grey/black colour burst with the sides being the black colour with the center of the body both front and rear left natural, the whole body is then finished in a satin nitro cellulose lacquer which will wear and age/relic very nicely. The body features both forearm and belly cuts like a stratocaster for comfort and slight weight reduction. The body is 48mm thick overall comprising of approximately 25mm for the ash back and 23mm the maple top. Fitted with a 6 saddle String through body humbucker bridge plate and a single ancor plate onthe rear of the body which holds all 6 strings.

The neck is a 648mm scale length (25.5 inch) PRS style 3x3 headstock maple scalf jointed neck with bird in flight inlays on a dark wood fret board, the neck is fitted with locking tuners, not a branded part but function smoothly with a decent ratio and do the job well. The neck specifications are as follows, the depth/ thickness at the 1st fret is approximately 19mm without the strings, depth/thickness at 12th fret approximately 21.5mm without strings. the width is 42.5mm at the nut, increasing too 51.5mm at the 12th fret.

80s Schaller humbucker with double hex pole pieces, humbucker measures a nice powerful 12.71k ohms and 6.43k ohms when coil-split by the tone push pull. Alpha 500K Audio pots for both volume and tone controls, the volume has a treble bleed and the tone has a 0.022 orange drop capacitor. Unknown side body mount jack socket but its tight and holds well with no abnormal noises.

The guitar weighs in at 3.4kg/7.8lbs

This guitar has been cleaned fully and checked over, the frets where leveled and crowned, prior too me getting it and are still showing as level with a fret rocker and show little signs of wear or use. I have cleaned the frets and fret board with very fine grade wire wool and sand paper and then oiling of the fret board, I have also sanded down the neck so its much smoother and have given it a few coats of boiled linseed oil too leave it hard and resilient, aswell as smooth and natural feeling too enhance speed and playibility. Fitted with new 46-10 gauge strings with the action set low and intonation set (this has been done since the photos)
