I cannot guarantee the stickiness of older or retired packs of stickers. If there are loose stickers in a pack I always do my best to state that in the listing, but sometimes pieces can detach during shipment. If this happens you will need glue or adhesive to attach them to your project. Please ask all questions prior to purchase because I do not accept returns or cancellations. A note on shipping times- my handling time is up to 3 business days, but I almost always ship sooner. The estimated delivery date eBay shows at checkout is just that - an estimate! No matter how quickly I send your order USPS can sometimes take a long time to deliver. Items sent with eBay Standard Envelope can take up to 2 weeks (or more) to arrive. Unfortunately I can't control what USPS does once a package is in their possession.
