This listing is for the gauge set pictured in the photographs, for which the following specification applies :

Chrome bezels and glass are new. Supplied with new fixing nuts and new rubber dash seals

All of my gauges are original Jaeger/Smiths gauges, that have been fully restored in accordance with the following general specification :

Cases acid dipped to remove surface rust, outside painted in silver or black paint, inside painted white.

Large gauge trim rings - acid dipped and repainted.

Speedometer mechanism - disassembled, cleaned and checked for wear, lubricated worm shaft and cross gear shafts, reassembled and checked for correct operation of both upper (magnetic drag cup) and lower (worm/wheels) parts. Cleaned number wheels, checked odometer and trip functions operate correctly. Reset odometer to zero (any miles indicated are due to testing), reset trip to zero to check operation. Bench calibrated and confirmed reading correct.

Tachometer mechanism - disassembled, cleaned and checked for wear. Bench calibrated with electronic testing module and confirmed reading correct.

Faces - cleaned or reprinted.

Needles - cleaned or painted. 

Gauges reassembled - using good, used internal seals, new or good, used bezels and glass. 

Testing - Large gauges tested with optical tachometer or electronic module, fuel and temp gauges tested on Smiths test box
