Radiant, chromatic brilliance results from freshly polished dies. The mirrors are extra bold on this example. Soft golden-toned fields give way to traces of russet. Nice contrast, especially on the reverse, which is almost Cameo. Special designation dimes are most desirable when combined with the Full Torch designation, and a FT PL is a rarity. NGC pop 11 in "FT PL" in ALL grades combined.
