A SPLENDID PAIR OF EARLY TWENTIETH CENTURY STERLING SILVER TREFID LACE BACK SERVING SPOONS.


They are 19cm long


The Cased Set weighs 378 grams.   The Spoons weigh a substantial 139 grams.


The stems have a trefid pattern terminal with cast foliate decoration.   Rat-tail joint to reverse of the bowls with scrolled foliate decoration.


Hallmarked for Sheffield, 1910.  Maker's mark of William Hutton and Sons.


In excellent, clean and crisp condition without damage.  Little indication of any previous usage.  They come in their original fitted Case which is functional but is loosing its exterior lining.
