The Grand Australasian Banner was formed in Australia just prior to WW1, in 1914.
As-found in an Estate collection, Condition looks to be acceptable for age, with normal storage wear 'n tear evident, expect the enamel has some chipped damaged areas. the metal looks to be silver plated, with rubbing to base metal.
