Genuine original vintage circa 1960's POPEYE TV SHOW KTLA 5 host & artist TOM HATTEN, photo postcard featuring a collectibles shelf.  I remember watching him and seeing someone draw a line or two and he would create art out of that image.

Sadly the person who later replaced Mr. Hatten as the entertainment reporter for KTLA Channel 5 Los Angeles, Sam Rubin recently passed away... RIP
