Usage:
According to the wiring is properly connected and control panel for the cutter, alligator clip and connected to the ground of the control panel (alligator clip can be caught in the spindle, but must that the spindle and ground wire is connected to main board), when the cutter device of cutting tool, the cutting process is complete.
