I send the plants outside the EU if the customer take the risk of the shipping and customs.
**CONTACT**
I always answer all questions but sometimes it takes a few days to check for new messages. Please be patient. Don't forget to check my inventory on a regular basis as I put new plants on the auction frequently.
**QUALITY ASSURANCE**
I put on auction and send only fully healthy plants. If problem occurs with the plant while being prepared for sending then I will contact you and make a refund.The item will be shipped to any country worldwide without soil. Plants with roots that are sensitive to drying will be put into a material that will keep their roots wet. I will send plants only if the circumstances are optimal in Hungary. (e.g. temperature is not too low or not too high) Please be sure that the circumstances are optimal in your country too so that the plants wound not be freezed or dried. If current circumstances are not optimal in your country then place your order earlier or later or contact me with the information that when should I post the package.
**CUSTOMS**
Please do not order into countries where customs are so strict with plants as odds are high that the package will be seized. (Unfortunately, sometimes confiscated by United States, China, Canada, Hong Kong, ) I will not ship to Hungary,Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Philippines, Australia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico,Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Argentina, Russian Federation, Ukraine
**SHIPPING**
Shipping cost depends on weight of the plant(s). If it is a combined package then the shipping cost is based on the highest shipping cost plus 1,5 GBP for each following piece. In case combined shipping please do not pay for the plants one-by-one since I send a combined invoice within 2-3 days after the purchase. Shipping cost also contains tracking service. The risk is yours for deliveries outside of EU.
**TRACKING**
I work with PostNL and Hungarian post. Tracking information is available in English at
https://postnl.post/ or https://posta.hu/tracking. In 4-6 days after payment I send the package.
Kindly consider, the packages are usually shipped within 8-9 days in EU and within 10-14 days to outside of EU. If the package did not received yet within the estimated period please contact your local post office.
**PAYMENT**
Please make your payments within 5 days after end of the auction. Except in case you want to bid on more plants because then please wait for an invoice to be sent with the modified shipping cost.
**REFUND**
I refund money only:
1. During the preparation for sending the plants get any problem (see above:quality assurance)
2. In reasonable cases if I receive back the plants dead or alive.
I do NOT refund for unclaimed shipping.
I do NOT refund plants which was altered/cut upon request of the buyer, e.g.: cutting of the roots.
