Allis Chalmers 7060 Black Belly Tractor With Cab By Ertl 1/16 Scale Farm Toy Model In Box. The tractor has a couple very small paint chips as shown.  Overall pretty clean condition considering age. These older Allis-Chalmers toys are getting hard to find especially with the original boxes!
