Very rare and interesting book “The History of BOAC 1939-1974” by Winston Bray and published by the Wessex Press, hardback, 486 pages. This book was written by an insider in the year of the BOAC & BEA merger into British Airways, which was regarded by some at the time to be a disaster, this company history is comprehensive & packed full of facts. My understanding is that the book was printed and bound but, by the decree of the British Airways board, it was never published, as the board considered it divisive. A thoroughly interesting read and very rare book. OK condition, toning to cover.
