The present lot consists of 3 stamps: 1 oddity
and 2 varieties. They are the following.
1-Scott #426, the 5¢ flower depicting Wild
Rose, Alberta, released in 1966. One of the stamps has a sizeable break-up of
the flower and its stem. We have enclosed a normal coup of this stamp. Although
unlisted, this oddity is interesting.
2-Scott #553i, the 8¢ depicting a Paul
Kane’s painting, released in 1971, with the “stroke on teepee ” variety, listed
as 553i in Unitrade Canada, in pair with 553.
3-Scott #610i, the 8¢ depicting a Krieghoff’s
painting, released in 1972, with the “broken door frame on shed variety”,
listed as 610i in Unitrade Canada, in pair with 610.
All these stamps are mint never hinged in FVF condition. Look at the
pictures – what you see is what you get.
