Form-fitting black velvet pencil dress with high neckline and straps
Trimmed at shoulders and along neck with black velvet poms (note: all poms are connected)
With two long decorative ties of black velvet that fall down back from neckline
Zips up back / working zipper, fully lined with black satin
No size label, estimated as women's S (6/8)
Nice soft velvet, not stiff
