Nice pants! There is no tag to identify the material (unless one of those number entries on the inner lining tag identify the material), but it feels like wool. Not heavy wool, but lightweight silky feeling wool. I called them 32 x 27 based upon measurements seen in photos. Vintage and pre-owned yet look great! No rips, stains, tears or pulls. Zipper, buttons and hook closure are fine. If you should need any other photos or measurements, just let me know.
