Galena and minor Fluorite Specimen - Frazer's Hush, Rookhope, Weardale

A super specimen of Galena from Frazer's Hush near Rookhope in Weardale. The Galena covers all of one face of the specimen and there is a few small clear Fluorite crystals dotted over the piece.

It measures 5 x 4.5 x 3.5cm and weighs 160g, and is best viewed under magnification to see the full detail of the crystals. (All weights and measures are approximate).

This piece comes from a from a lifelong collector of minerals who self-collected from all over the world and the UK, however he obtained this piece from the respected dealer, the late Pete Blezard.
