Items are typically dispatched in a new Jiffy or plastic mailing bag, utilizing Royal Mail fully tracked 'Large Letter' or 'Small to Medium Parcel' formats. Larger items are shipped via another tracked courier service, ensuring comprehensive tracking. For larger or fragile items, we employ cardboard boxes with internal bubble wrap, additional padding, or paper.

Dispatch typically occurs the same day before 1 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am on Saturdays, or the next day if the cut-off time is missed. Tracking information is always added upon dispatch, and our shipping operations run Monday to Saturday.
