Walt Disney World Eyes and Ears
I'm listing an enormous collection of rare cast member newsletters from Walt Disney World, the long-published Eyes and Ears, aka Eyes & Ears, newsletter for cast members. I'll be listing them in chronological order as time permits, so please check back to see new ones.
These publications are treasure troves of historical dates, facts, figures, faces, places, and other behind-the-scenes details which were sometimes not shared with the public. Because they were intended for cast members, you'll learn a ton about Walt Disney World and see how the resort evolved over time.
This auction is for a lot of 10 issues mainly from 1984. By this era, this series has grown in size and sometimes had color covers, large tabloid size with more details and news as the company grew.
The contents include:
- January 5, 1984: 1983 in review with photos and information from the previous year as a new year started; Jack Lindquist accepted an EPCOT award; Return to Oz to start filming
