Up for sale is a digital climate control swap from a Subaru Forester limited. These are a direct plug and play swap into any 08-14 Impreza/WRX/STI. You just have to purchase the large trim and small trim from Subaru. The dual zone function doesn’t work but everything else does. This is a modern upgrade for your interior.

Trim part numbers are listed below. They are hard to find used but if you search around, they can be bought new from an online Subaru parts dealer for around $180. Subarupartswholesale is the best price I found so far.
