Up for auction is in original painted late 1800s early 1900s blacksmith agricultural scene consisting of men making wagon wheels horse and buggy and blacksmiths as seen in my photos above. This watercolor was painted by New York and Rhode Island artist Charles Frederick William Mielatz and signed Mielatz in the lower right corner as seen in my third and last photo. It looks good and displays well for its age. It may need to be reframed, it looks like it's painted on some kind of a paper board or hard board of some sort, there may be writing on the back, I have not taken the paper off the back to see, there may be information on it of the whereabouts of this watercolor, I purchased it from an old Amish auction in Pennsylvania. I'm guessing the image to measure about 16" by 12", total measurement is 19" x 16 1/2"...
