Vintage centerpiece or figurine of a fruit basket that includes grapes, lemons, apples, bananas, strawberries and greenery with a couple flowers.
It is a GORGEOUS piece and in excellent condition!! I see no cracks, chips, repairs or crazing but it is a busy piece and I could be missing something? Please see all photos because I don't think i'm missing anything...
I'm baffled by the markings - it has the Capodimonte crown but an A under that, and it is numbered, 11/479. Add to that, a Made in Japan sticker. I really am not sure who made this or when!!
It is very nice though.
Measures 7 1/2" tall, 10 1/2" across at widest point, about 5 1/2" deep with a base of almost 4" in diameter.
Weighs 2 lb. 14 oz before packaging.
