This is a vintage handmade salt dough sculpture of an Old Fashioned Christmas Wreath that is often identified with the Scandinavian countries. It's decorated with various Fruits, Nuts, Dates and Leaves.  The wreath is approximately 8" in diameter and has a wire loop on the back. for hanging on the wall. The sculpture was manufactured in the 1970's? and has been hardened, lightly painted to give it a 3 dimensional look, and then glazed to protect it and make it shine. This is a unique and collectible item that would make a great addition to any holiday or seasonal decor!
