Returns Policy: In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within 30 days for FREE collection and full refund.

Delivery Discount: We offer a multiple item delivery discount; the largest item is charged full price (shown on each listing); any additional items charged at £19 each. Please allow us to amend the invoice before payment.

Delivery Process: We use a One Man Specialist Fragile Goods Carrier who will text you regarding delivery. They are in each area approx once a week, normally deliver Mon-Fri, and are unable to accommodate requests for specified days/times. You can pay extra for a Two Man, any room delivery service - please ask for a quote. 

A delivery surcharge of £39 will apply for these Scotland postcodes (please note we make no profit on delivery): AB, DD, IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40-49, 52-56, 63, KW 1-3, 5-14, PA 21-38, PH 1-26, 30-41, 49-50
