This vintage electric piano from Wurlitzer is a true gem of a musical instrument, perfect for anyone who loves the classic sound of these pianos. This is the much rarer earlier 200 model. Not the more commonly found 200A. As you can see from the photos, it has been well used. I bought it around 20 years ago and apart from a few shows. Once with Mumford and Sons, it’s hardly been used. It’s been sat in its flightcase waiting for a big tour that never arrived. It’s such a shame that this piano has not been played and I think it’s time to let it go to someone who will look after it properly and treasure it.

It will increase in value. I wish I knew more of its history and from the part serial number, I’d guess it’s late 60’s early 70's.

It needs some tuning and tweaking as they all do, but it plays and works as it should.

From the photos you can see the wire for the new on/off led which will come with it. Also you will see a repair to the left hand corner of the top cover. So I’m assuming it was gigged in its earliest days.

The legs come with it but the two rear legs wobble slightly and the screw plates need to be replaced or re drilled.

The foot pedal is original and is also fully working.

I will also include around 20 new tines, 2 new knobs and some Wurly specific tools to get you started, including a reed mold from Vintage Vibes and instructions for tuning.

I have video footage of it playing so you can hear it in all its honking glory although be warned I’m not a piano player. I’ll try and upload somewhere if not here or you can contact me for the file.
