I DO COMBINE SHIPPING!

I do combine shipping and always strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.  If you are waiting to combine auctions, please let me know.  Do not pay for each auction individually - wait for all auctions to end and I will send you an invoice.

PACKAGING

I package all orders tightly so that the yarns do not bounce around or rub during shipment.  I do this to avoid fraying, felting, knotting, or unraveling.  I use poly-mailers for most of my shipments; large orders will arrive in boxes.  Poly-mailers can be cut safely along the lip to open the package, or can be torn open by hand.  Do NOT cut into the side of the package with scissors!  

PAYMENTS

Orders will be canceled for non-payment after 4 days.  

RETURNS

All sales are final.  If an item is damaged or is not as described, I will work with you to replace it or refund your payment.  I am not responsible for manufacturer defects found inside skeins, but noticeable defects will be listed in the description and/or in pictures.  I strive for an excellent customer experience.  

GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

Yes, it's true.  I am liquidating my store.  I will not be ordering more stock.  Most of my items will now be sold in lots.  If you have a business and would like to discuss a bulk purchase, please contact me.  This will not affect the love and care I put into handling my yarns or packaging.  I still truly enjoy working with my shop and my yarns.  I've just come to the end of a long illness, have reentered the workforce, and don't have the time or energy to keep up with it.  I really want to thank everyone that visited my shop and helped to support my small business!
