Up for auction are a pair of NoonCrazy adjustable wrist/ankle weights, and a set of Mind, Body & Spirit resistance bands. They’re all new and have never been used.

The wrist and ankle weights are great for adding resistance for exercises, like jumping jacks, butt kicks, lateral leg lifts, and leg circles – or just adding extra resistance to your muscles when walking or running.

The weights are coated with a soft silicone material, which makes them extremely comfortable against the skin. They’re also adjustable, where the strong velcro band can be adjusted to make them tight or loose. The location of the individual weight bars on the Velcro strap can also be adjusted to make sure they’re not rubbing next to a bone or tendon.

Each wristband holds 1 pound of weights. But some can be removed if you wish to have a lower weight. They’re made of steel wrapped in baby-soft silicone.

Each weight is about 3 inches wide and one-half inch thick. There are 8 weights on each band. 

The velco strap is about 13.5 inches in length.

The weights come with a zippered case to store them.

 The Mind, Body & Spirit resistance bands come in 3 resistance levels:  Light, Medium and Heavy.  Each band is a different color to match the resistance:  Cream, Light Brown and Dark Brown.

These bands are wider and thicker than many other brands, which makes them sturdier and more comfortable when doing resistance exercises. They stay in place when doing exercises – which is different from thinner bands that dig into your leg or slip when you move. The bands are made of fabric and natural latex rubber.

Each resistance band is about 14.5 inches long and 3 inches wide.

The resistance bands come in a mesh carrying case.
