These are all BRAND NEW and never used. I have had my AC and Furnace replaced and these are the leftovers of things that didnt fit or we didnt want to use. These items were part of the package deal when I got my equipment installed so they were paid for and are mine but not needed
1) Lennox S40 Thermostat is brand new but the seal on the packaging has been opened. I have included pics of the serial numbers and the thermostat information. All of the factory stickers are still attached on the thermostat itself. My wife and I are not 1000 years old but dont need an Ipad on our wall or remote access and decided to keep a basic thermostat
2) The filter is brand new and was to be used with the filter housing. The info for the filter is in the pics. It is a MERV 11 filter and will fit in the filter housing kit that is part of this lot
3) The filter housing kit is brand new. We didnt use it because he salesman said it would fit then didnt fit. After back and forth with the sales people we kept the filters we used on the old system. Our option was to move our door or not use this kit. Now you get the pleasure of getting it
