This is a gently-used Disney LEGO set from 2018, set #41153, Ariel's Royal Celebration Boat. 

The set is almost complete. Both the Ariel and Eric minifigure are here, but Ariel is missing her cape. The only other thing missing in the set is there are supposed to be 2 round gold tiles with the letter "E" printed in calligraphy on them, but one of the tiles is missing. It goes on the back of the boat--I replaced it with a plain gold tile as you can see in the photos. Everything else is here, in good condition, from a smoke-free home. The instruction manual is here, but someone colored the cover of it with markers. The inside of the manual is intact and I did not see any coloring inside it when I assembled the set. There is no original box included.
