The pink barrel with gold lamé is inspired by flowers blooming in spring in Fukushima, and the neck barrel is colored slightly creamish white to resemble lingering snow.
The nib is engraved with an image of the snow shape called ""Yuki-Usagi"" that remains on Azuma-Kofuji in early spring, when the snow on the mountain gradually begins to melt and peach blossoms bloom."
