The present lot consists of 2 almost complete stamp sets released by Germany in 1986-1996. Both sets include high values. In Scott, they have the numbers 1475-1494A (1986-1991) and the numbers 1515A-1540A (1989-1996).  Most stamps  are in FVF condition without thins, tears or creases. As to the centering, the cancellations and the teeth, look at the pictures, what you see is what you get.
