The figurine was removed from the box for pictures; the box and figurine are in mint condition.  This figurine is owned by an adult collector and kept in a smoke-free and pet-free home. 

All collectible sales are "final sales" unless I have misrepresented the description/condition; if this is the case, you will have 10 days to return the item for a refund but the item must be in the same condition as it was received.
